Due to an all-time high amount of submitted applications regarding legalization of stay and work for foreigners as well as an epidemic state on the territory of the Republic of Poland caused by SARS-CoV-2 virus infections, starting from September 21st, 2020 Department for Foreigners changes its functioning structure.

Out of concern for your and your families’ safety, motivated by the good of clients as well as office employees, and in order to serve all clients and simultaneously follow sanitary guidelines we are extending the working hours of the Department for Foreigners and implementing a shift-based system.

Work structure of the Department for Foreigners starting from September 21st, 2020.
From Monday to Friday
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
From Monday to Friday
3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Only individuals with appointments will be served, the following services will be available:
  • Residence permit application submission
  • Residence card collection
In order to successfully complete a visit in the Office one needs to report on time
The following points will be available:
  • Document submission point - submission of documents regarding pending cases will be possible
  • Information point - in-person information will be available, helpline consultants will be providing individual consultations regarding migration
Submission of missing formal documents, interviews, and access to files
The Office will individually inform about a visit date via phone or post.

Dear Clients, the health of our clients and employees is our main priority. The purpose of the work structure change in the Department for Foreigners of the Małopolska Provincial Office is to ensure accessible, professional, and comprehensive customer service.

We would like to inform that service room disinfection will occur from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Due to the above please abide by the arranged service hours and appointment times (service is conducted smoothly and there is no need to line up in front of the building long in advance).
