We would like to inform that on September 15, 2020 the bank agency cash desk in the Department for Foreigners office is ceasing its operation.
From September 15, 2020 all payments concerning work permits may be made only:
- via the internet, at a bank or a post office to the following account:

From September 15, 2020 all payments concerning residence permits may be made only:
- in the Administration Center of the Kraków City Hall located on al. Powstania Warszawskiego 10 on the ground floor or the first floor (entrance from ul. Kordylewskiego)
